Site is telling me that I've already submitted a NEW log

I just made a new contact with 1AT001D and the system is telling me that "I've already submitted this spot". How is this possible when it's a BRAND NEW CONTACT?


EDIT: Must've been a glitch. I went to work, came back about 4 hours later and tried again, and it worked. Weird.
